Why You Shouldn't Go to Holy Communion
I grew up in a kind of a bicultural place here in Southern California. You have Spanish masses with lots of Central American, Mexican people at the mass and then you have English language masses. And it's very noticeable to every single Catholic in Southern California that one culture, everybody goes to communion and the other culture, not everybody goes. But even on Sunday, there are a number of people who simply don't get out of the pew for Holy Communion.
