What's the Difference Between Collapse and a Country?

When you talk about those kinds of numbers like such extreme poverty and food and security and lack of access to clean water, if that's not a collapsed nation, i don't know what it is on. And these countries that we're discussing are at various stages of decline. But neither one of those two is in nearly as desperate a situation as syria. They have progressed much further down that collapsed pathway. Maybe things will get better in those countries. We sure hope so but there ona downward trend.
