How to Find Wholesale Real Estate Deals
The most value someone could bring to an organization is the person who goes out and finds the discounts. So if you're looking to get into the investing space, you want to focus on buying as deeply discounted as you possibly can. The wholesalers are spending all of the money to find those highly discounted off-market properties. And my job is to look at that wholesale deal, figure out the margins and make sure that with what they're marking it up, that it still makes sense for the investor.
