Travis Kalanick, the co-founder of Uber was ousted from that company five years ago under multiple scandals. He's been quietly building up a food and delivery business across Latin America called Cloud Kitchens. It operates so-called dark kitchens that make food only for delivery apps. The FT's Dave Lee has been digging into Kalanick's new venture and he joins us now.

The Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates by 0.75 per cent today, Goldman Sachs is expanding its transaction banking business in Europe, and former Uber chief executive Travis Kalanick has tried to keep his new “dark kitchens” venture as secretive as possible.
