Sinking Through?

D e, i for bain and company. What initially drew you to the question of sinking through? D e,i for baine and company. Why do we need more women in leadership positions at our firm? And how can we make sure that they don't get left behind by other firms when it comes to career opportunities or mentorship? We're looking much more male at the partner level than any else in the firm.
