Are We Born With It or Do We Learn It?

philosophers have been debating where, you knowt what makes a human. What determines our cisions? Is it is it nature, or is it nurture? The modern day debate is, is genes versus environment and geanetics versus learning. And it turns out that entire question is just the wrong question to ask. It's just an illusory question.
