How Do I Get Rid of a Blank Card?

I literally just hold control copy a heading from somewhere right click and then go swap file of not swap file swap. Narrow to heading you can narrow to a block but I don't want to be that specific yet. This isn't the process that I was specifically talking about but this is this is a small part of a massive canvas. You can see this is a heading is a heading inside of the research file. This is just a card is just a blank card that isn't anywhere. And then the same color coding for all of the lines and connections around which is let's just zoom out here.
