When he first started the idea of using this kind of scheduling application with other folks in his world, people bristled at it. They were, Oh, I don't really want to use this kind of thing. And just to see the change over the last several years has been amazing. He says now you have to do a lot less apologizing to people and they're like sending me your scheduling link so I can schedule in your calendar.
