Ichiko Wins the Second Game 32-9

Ichiko High School beat the Oklahoma Athletic Club 29 to 4. The game made national news and overnight Ichiko became the center of national attention. Within three days they issued a challenge for a rematch to take place on June 5. Shaken by their defeat, the Athletic Club brought in new players from the crews of two American ships,. both of which were moored in Yokohama for shore leave. Only all this positive reinforcement did the trick as yet again, Ichiko won the second match 32-9.
