Social media is your enemy here I need you to go on social media either delete the app and instagram tick tock primarily those two or deliberately unfollow everyone that is making you feel that way. surround yourself with people who do not have conversations around body image because they're like oh my god I feel so fat. Find ways to move your body in a neutral activity even if you are bad at them regardless of whether you're good at them but spend time doing it just for fun.
