When i talk about our corps values, it's about doing the right thing, giving back. We're also building a a barbecue gis foundation to have that pool of dollars there to and not just help out our own barbeqos family whenever there's something that's happened. And again, we really look hard at that when we're hiring new new people. Anybody that gets to meet at the interview stage is going to ave the technical scales. So then it's, ohow close do you fit? It's almost a guarantee that person's going to be a pick for me.
