The Importance of Constraints in Decision Making
In good practice, provided you've crossed the barrier of a constraint. Once you're inside the governing constraints is that, you've got freedom to act. So they don't allow diversity in an area and it's rather like an extero or insect skeleton. You can see that something is connected but you can't see what it is. And we also have this concept of 'dark shadows' which are not dark at all - just darker than normal. But there are different practices associated with what you do. The key thing here is enabling people to make better decisions.
