The Uncanny Valley

The uncanny valley is an idea of how we perceive things that aren't human, but look a bit like human. There 's an interesting graft which describes our reaction to them, one from excitement to kind of revulsion. The term comes out of a paper written by masser hero morey in the 19 seventies. And particularly, i think, where we've had more c gi characters in films, some of those, it's very subjective. It hits people at different levels.
