The Red Notice From Qatar
Brian had sent her a text from his stopover in Dubai. She recheck him from the airport to say he had landed. But hours turned into days and days into weeks. The red notice was raised by Qatar. It dated back to the time when Brian was working there in 2017. Back then, he had opened an account with the Qatari National Bank which had offered him a cheap loan of about £20,000. He said: 'I think I will be okay, but who knows? They are allowing me to contact you though'
