I taught eographer for many years, and it was a flow style of yoga. I think i have certainly experienced that sort of collective flow state type of experience. And one of my curiosities especially is around when we get down to the level of endecran system and oxitosin. Because we've all heard that oxitosen is the love drug. But i wonder if part of that is about the experience of being just seen and heard and having and held band listened to,. Beyond this sort of efemeral experience of capital l of i don't know that any studies have been done linking listening to oxitosin but i think that is a great supposition

Her book, You're Not Listening is equal parts cultural observation, scientific exploration, and a rousing call to action that's full of practical advice.
