Getting a Free, Appropriate Public School

Private schools are privately funded with limited scholarships. Some private schools are designated specifically for kids with special needs. Private boarding school is another option, but if it's not cheap and it's not close, why should we even consider this? I put that question to john wilson of soreso t who says every child can learn in a different environment.
