The company has a very decent relized way of working. We have, at any point in time, 20 30 leaders who all take their own decisions. Getting customers is never like it is for sels like it is forever. If you build it and they will come, our business is very similar to that. There is great infinate demand for our business. For historical reasons, the potching system in india hasn't been tapped to its full potential. Inan majority of cases, there is not enough man-capable engineers on this planet. I think that's constant discovery process we are going through.
