The Importance of Mental Content in A.T.
I'm very biased when it comes to like why we have bad posture or why we have certain habitual patterns and I just don't see the at explanation as the as as good of an explanation. As the trapped emotion or your system trying to do something that needs to be worked with I don't see how a T works through that. So once you actually expand your awareness you'll notice that okay your body kind of seamlessly can open up and it can change the body just noticing awareness in a different light which I agree with but also think that for me my hunchback posture thing that I was fighting against was my my system trying to fully feel heaps of shame.
