Security Training - How to Shape Culture
Culture is the one term that you wouldn't typically find some fe within security mentioning. We are to day on boarded, living or tenor with the company, and departing completely in a virtual environment. When we talk about culture, we really have to talk about trust, right? There is this notion that any time i am going to be a company that embraces remote or hybrid work forces, i am trusting you - which is scary. To even have the slightest notion that there's a big brother element of being watched simply does not work.
