Is There a Decoupling?

We're definitely seein progress here. And this is certainly good and needs to be celebrated. But it's also something that shouldn't surprise anyone. Our economies are getting more efficient, more energy efficient. We need to use less energy to produce the same amount of output,. Even more it's more emissions efficient. So the intensity of the economy in terms of emissions is going down rapidly but not fast enough by far.
