Duke University, You Know, Is a Very Odd Situation, Right?

In the 1990s, Duke University was known for having a very wealthy student body. At the same time, it had an incredibly radical English faculty. So there's some kind of odd convergence of like this hyper corporate hyper neoliberal university that's really heavily invested in just accumulating wealth and prestige. That kind of brings in all of these in house radicals. And so maybe we should get into that.
