How to Feed the Right Temperature to Sustain Life
We have some idea of how many of these we have through the same methods that allowed us to discover exoplanets in the first place, which is what's illustrated here. So a plan that could possibly sustain life would be one of these sort of rocky planets sitting at the right distance from their stars. We don't have a super precise number for it yet, but it's somewhere between a few percent to be a 10% of stars in our galaxy and have one of these powerful planets. I'm going to think that when it's 1% or 300 billion or 10% or300 billion, there's still a lot of how potentially powerful planets are out there.
