The Harm of YouTube

I don't know why it's so much bloody stricter here, to be honest. You'd think at this point in 2023, it would be codified and it would be kind of understood that fair use is pretty much the same around the world. It seems like it's harming their business because someone streaming their game might encourage people to play it. That's always the way I've viewed it anyway. But I mean, this is a joke compared to what I've said to be like arrested for this as bonkers.
