Eliot: It's going to be very hard to really create real regulation on this stuff, ecause it's a major advantage of the us. In terms of making sense, absolutely they make sense. But in terms of herding chinese companies, you know, or being a barrier to them, i think the key word here is not yet. Eliot: Why wouldn't other countries do the exact same thing? And maybe not that.
