The Power of Personality Assessment

The first year we did it there were like, I think zero pragmatists on the team. And so that became a very big focus because there is a selection process in who's going to serve on the next year. So that's kind of a great scenario where you do have the opportunity to basically even out the team with people based on their strengths. It can be a really great way to leverage the assessments to think about how can we be more inclusive and in general of individuals.
