What Do You Think About the Future?

We expect collapse to take a while and that probably through our lifetimes, things will continue to collapse. If we collapse hard and fast, then it could be a future that we see 50 years from now. Will humanity at some point wake up and make massive changes for the better around things like climate change and inequality? Or is the complete opposite going to happen and someone ends up opening the nuclear football?
