How to Keep Students Engaged and Motivated Virtually

How do you keep students motivated and engaged virtually? i actually want to attribute a lot of this to the modern classrooms model. I also did weekly pacing with my students when a covid hit and we went all virtual. And so that really motivates them, seeing those pacing trackers as, oh, i'm ahead of pace. That's motivating. But what i have noticed in my classroom are those conferencing times,. They gett askd me questions about the content, maybe we do some live revisions. So they're getting that one on one feedback, which i think, not only is that important in person, but it was really important on line.
