The Case of a Pituitary Apple Plexi
The ACTH was although not high, it was abnormally not low, right, with the cortisol level that she had. So I think that was another really good learning point to this case. Had she had the hemorrhagic event probably a month or two ago, she might not have had you know, currently, she may not have presented menstruating. That was an interesting way to throw us off a little bit. Yeah, thank you both so much for presenting such a great case and definitely learned a lot from it.
