The Limitations of the Study
The study didn't look at what the people were actually eating, and didn't quanify whether they're having a lot of saturated fat or mono and saturated fat. That wasn't measured in the study because it wouldn't have been easy or reliable data to collect. The leaner people were just eating more saturated fat. And again, i want you to thinkaut what is the implication of that? So are you saying that saturated fat is directly associated with leanness? It seems highly unlikely to me, and i don't think it's a suggestion that anybody would really make.
