Caligula is the first emperor to be killed in a plot. His uncle, claudius becomes emperor after him. Claudius does not celebrate this. He condemns the conspiracy and he has the conspirators execute id so this is not something that they get away with. E's really double sided for the success. Do they condemn the policies of the predecessor that made them so unpopular that they got killed off? Or do they say, i'm now i don't want this to happen to me.
