The Importance of Belonging to an Aesthetic Community
A lot of people have written in to me about feeling gate kept from participating in a particular aesthetic. My big concern is that with most of these aesthetics that we know of they are created by Westerners usually popularized by white Westerners. I'm just going to share this voice mail I got from someone I don't really have anything to add on to it but I think it's really valuable and so yeah I'll play it.
