The Barriers to Moving In
This isn't employers doing anyone any favours, is it? They need these talented, experienced workers. A lot of organisations we work with in the traditional sectors have massive skills shortages. So they are welcoming people back and we've always sort of done that. I think it's great to see what's happening in the likes of the rail sector at the moment. And I think that's helping people with the confidence to move in.
