Are We Going to Run the Economy Hot?
I was very hopeful, but I think I need to eat some humble pie on that front and unless productivity numbers get revised dramatically. My inflation call was terribly wrong as well. The problem was I was kind of like looking in the rear view mirror. So we have this measure at the Mercatus Center called the nominal GDP gap. And it shows where the consensus forecast is going.
