The NASDAQ's September 6th Low Holds
The September 6th low has held, and that's kind of lined right up with the July 26th low. The NASDAQ just briefly came in to its 50 day moving average line before really taking off in July and August. When we talk about these things, it's like, when are we going to get a little bit of confidence back? I don't think anyone really, really has the great answer to that, but I don't believe this is permanent.
