I love what you said about having the deck be intentionally 15 to 20 minutes. The same logic applies in a face-to-face conversation or in a Zoom call. You need to control the priorities and kind of estimate the time spent from the viewer side on the content that you're presenting. It still needs to be structured, prioritized, focused, value-oriented.
