How to Improve a Christian Program

When she got to Korea, I noticed that the program was kind of struggling. The programs were okay, but I felt like there were some things that could be tweaked. So I came up with a plan that included each and every teacher at the Institute. And I separated everyone out into these groups so that it wouldn't fall on one person all of the duties,. But each group would be in charge of coming up with the program ideas.
