The Importance of Giving and Receiving Feedback
Mike Downey: I think that clarity is obviously something you're reaching for, and I believe that you have, and it's a gift. In our culture at the church, we call it the last 5%. And so I find that people will give you 95% of their feedback, which is, Hey, you did a great job. It really ministered to me. But sometimes they're not going to give you the last 5%, which is something like, when you said this, it felt like you were really devaluing being single.
