I Love You, but I Don't See You
We keep this endless speech going on inside as well, and it's not just internal. It hides our loneliness, keeps us from being bored, doesn't it? But it also blocks our heart from opening some way - wisdom grows when you look. So I suggest to you that we can learn in our practice to let our words come a little more directly from our heart. And so the exercise for this week, it had two parts: One is to see if you see those occasional moments of unsk and just see what's cooking in there,. That motivates it so simply so you understand it without trying to change it.
