Jason Richardson was a two-footed leaper and had a very hard time leaping off of one foot. JR Ryder, maybe him or Kobe who were the first to actually throw like a just straight up under the leg dunk. The weirdest thing I recall seeing is Josh Smith having to spin the wheel in 2003.
