Why Do They Want to Band New Feed Lots on New Packing Plants in California?

i'm a californian through and through. Why do they want to band new feed lots ond new packing plants in california? I you know what, i don't want to speculate as to why. It's ano cruelty. We can just eat plant protein. So if theyd get rid of animal food production, you got no, you gotno manure waste. You got no more compost, compostable manure, a fertilizer to grow the plants that we need to live on.
