Coming out of this movie I started thinking immediately about how I could incentivize myself to get into optimal shape for X fulfill an X with some type of goal which means having a deadline and incentives right. You can use sites like stick stikkk.com or you could just put together a betting pool where people are betting against or for you right and make it public enough with a very specific deadline so that you feel compelled through social pressure and risk of embarrassment to do what you would like to do because without that let's face it right you don't need to run a half marathon to save your life. It's not like this is a must-have low on Maslow's hierarchy of needs
