Is It a Stalemate?

There's an old quote by Soviet Admiral Gorskov that armies won the war, but navies determine the peace. Do you think it's fair to say that the maritime element of this war has sort of faded more into the background and assumed less importance compared to the land and air components? I think so, but I think economically was very significant early on. And I think it will be significant at the end.
