I think about some of it as a product and are there things that we should try to add more value? It's interesting is how you have this model and when you think of the customer, it's supporting R&D leaders. Like I'm trying to get an understanding of the metric that you drive your team around. So no deals. That's not right. You're supposed to be revenues at the end of the year. Well, that could be an interesting metric for sure. But that's how I judge VPs, the core of dev.
