There is a long list of requirements and oversight that is built into any kind of civil society NGO institution. There have been many more regulations on civil society from what I can understand the government is beginning to feel that we don't need why should we have foreign influence on say policy making institutions. A new form of trust needs to build between civil society institutions and the government, she says.
