Next question comes from Jimmy from Auckland New Zealand and he says I'm having a bit of fun by essentially brewing a sour beer using a hazy IPA malt bill vanilla lactose and dextrose. The yeast will be filly sour and I'm aiming for around 7 ABV with less than 30 IBU using El Dorado and Zappa hops. I've decided I want to add fruit tea so fruit teaYeah that's I said that right I'm thinking either tropical berry or a combo I'm leaning towards around 150 grams 5.3 ounces in a 23 liter six gallon batch.
