i am conscious that i was able to go and work in a coffee shop for the day. I have friends, or uno clients who are now saying, how you can work from home two days a week? That isn't hybrid working. It's about the work itself, as opposed to where the work takes place. So we need to get people changed ig their minds, sir. And i think that is a real challenge for it. During the pandemic, we've had no choice. We could only work remotely, or we could only work in the office,. Or we could only let people in on certain days. The organization o need to give a lot of direction to this,
