Climate Overshoot Commission
Jessie was recently appointed as the executive secretary for the global commission on governing risks from climate overshoot. She says there's a little bit of a fudge to achieve one and a half celsius by 21 hundred, cause that's what the focus was. The biggest governance gaps are clearly around solar radiation modification which is highly leveraged technology but not ready to be switched on yet.
