We have to talk about what technology can offer, but also the perils of not creating boundaries to home life so that teachers are constantly available and doing things. I was having a conversation with someone the other day and we were talking about weekends and I said, I really have to work out. And she was like Sarah, one day, you just want them one day back. We have a weekend for a reason. If the workload is exceeding what they can realistically do during the week, there's something wrong with the workload.
