The ECAM's Failure to Discharge an Engine Extinguisher

The crew transmitted a pan to sing a poor air traffic control. Pan is internationally recognized radio call that announces a situation that affects the safety of an aircraft or occupants, but the flight crew does not require immediate attention. At this point in the situation, they assess nothing is critically bad. We're not crashing.
