i don't ever expect any accommodation, because i'm apparent from any one that i work with in any kind of professional capacity. And i also am careful about how i communicate conflicts with people professionally. If a doctor's appointment comes up, i on have to think twice about it. I know not all rolls can be structured in such a way. Things tend to be a little different there than they are at university. But for the most part, sadly, we still need to keep those things as what we put front and centre.
